The Art House has 12 studios for long-term rent. Ranging in size from 17sq.m to 50.5sq.m, all the studios are heated and benefit from natural light. All have easy access to communal sinks and are plumbed so that a sink can be fitted if required. All studios have access to broadband internet and there is 24 hour access.
Upper Ground and First Floor Studios
First floor studios come with 1m wide doors and easy access to communal sinks. The rooms are plumbed and fitted with housings for extractor fans. All have good natural light.
Lower Ground Floor Studios
Ideal for sculptors and other artists making large scale or heavy work, the 3 lower ground studios are large spaces ranging from 35.5 sq.m to 50 sq.m With large double doors (2m wide by 3 m tall), level access to the loading bay, these extremeyl accessible and functional studios come with the benefit of the three-phase electricity, extractor fans and fitted sinks.
