In this session you will:

Learn about the all-important differences between "sales" and "marketing" 
Find out how to identify who your potential customers are with Customer Profiling
Start working on a plan for how to connect to - and build relationships with - new and exisiting customers  
Find out how to keep accurate (and useful) customer records, whilst making sure you're not breaking data protection laws.
