During May 2017 artists from India, Iran, Mexico, Belize and the UK came to Wakefield to participate in an international residency. Working in response to the theme of Migration the artists made new work that engages with the city, its people and those passing through it.

A special event will take place as part of Refugee Week on Saturday 24 June, 10am - 2pm.

Migration is led by artist Ivan Smith in collaboration with The Art House and City of Sanctuary Wakefield and supported the Arts Council England.
