Artist statement

Artist Statement

My work conveys a sense of “Place” through a physical depiction and or allegorical representation. The narrative of situation figures strongly within me.

I produce art works in series of up to six images in one grouping. Each grouping will follow a specific line of enquiry focusing on landscape or floral still life. Poetical thoughts are transcribed as prose, mark-making and drawing techniques.

I use a variety of mixed-media techniques. The culmination of intuition and technical processes are translated into my own unique semi-abstract style.
